If you haven’t registered yet, simply send your CNIC to 8123 from your SIM. After confirmation, you can collect your Rashan from the nearest utility store.

The government has evolved the Ehsaas Rashan program into a scheme offering free Atta to all citizens of Pakistan. Eligible individuals can receive three 10kg bags of Atta without any charges, while non-eligible individuals can still get a 10kg bag.
